Gran Meliá Caribe Tropical – Dominican Republic
I wanted to let you know about the extraordinary service we received from Milta Tejeda at the Gran Meliá Caribe Tropical, Punta Cana, DR. Milta was kind, friendly and super efficient! Right from the start of the trip, she was proactive in helping my wife and I and our three children in every aspect of the stay at Meliá Tropical from reserving dinner to wireless Internet service. When we left the resort, there was a huge rainstorm. It was difficult for the small vans to maneuver and pick-up the luggage, and there were also flight delays at the airport. To make matters worse, there was a power failure and loss of phone service. Even with these problems, Milta remained calm and made sure that we checked out, had our luggage and got to the airport on time. Milta is an exemplary employee and you should be very proud of her wonderful work.

Gran Meliá Cancún – Mexico
So many times people are quick to give criticism but seldom give compliments. My wife and I spent the period February 13 thru February 17, as quests of your facility in the Servicio Real area with VIP treatment. As club members we have spent many vacations at the Gran Meliá Cancun but this was the first time that we stayed in this area and enjoyed the VIP service. This could not have been the case without both of your efforts. The facilities, service, amenities and kindness of all made our stay although short very enjoyable. During our stay we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Armando Ortiz Navarro and Ms. Andrea Alba Corona. Their friendliness and interests were greatly appreciated. In the Servicio Real Area Ms. Carina Martinez Suzarte always went out of her way to insure that our stay was enjoyable. And last but by no means least Ms. Ivette Sanchez Ponce in the Meliá Club was her usual kind and helpful self. We have as I said visited your Hotel many times and will visit many times to come, but we will always remember our last stay with you and hope we can just say to you all our thanks for making our vacation very enjoyable.
